The room and common areas were clean, a shared kitchen was available with most essentials, the host was very friendly, wifi worked smoothly, heating and hot water were excellent for the stove, the city view from the room was nice, there was a balcony, and a private, very secure parking spot was provided (parking is usually a problem in the area). The internet location was wrong, the place was far from the center (7 km, 20 min), the room and bathroom smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which was very annoying for a non‑smoker, and I got a headache.
