The location is well connected to metro line A at Piazza Re di Roma. The bed was very uncomfortable, the cleanliness was not up to par, and they didn’t leave a shower mat; I had to use a towel to lay it on the floor. I pointed out the issue, and they brought me the mat but no towel. To leave my luggage upon arrival, I was asked to pay a €10 supplement, which was used to allow an early check‑in. I definitely won’t return—poor value for money!

The property is just a step from the metro, the owner is extremely kind and very helpful, and the room was very clean.

The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, and the air conditioner kept me cool during the hot summer. Luigi was incredibly welcoming and friendly, the best host I've met. Even though I never used the shared kitchen, it seemed fully stocked. The place sits just a 15‑minute metro ride from the city center, and the neighborhood itself is quiet and friendly. A supermarket is only a 3‑minute walk away, and there are several restaurants nearby. However, if you prefer to walk rather than take the metro, be aware that the city center is about a 40‑minute walk away.
