There was no hot water; the bathroom pipe was broken and you had to listen to the running water all the time.

Convenient location and responsive staff, but the sheets were dirty, the shower head stopped spraying, water leaked from a bucket in the toilet onto the floor, you had to ask for more food at breakfast—selection was good but very limited, one visitor takes it all and it ends; there were no towels in the wardrobe.
