The staff were very friendly, warm, and attentive. The balcony onsen was grand. We booked the Japanese breakfast, which was an experience. Nothing negative.

The staff’s service was extremely courteous from start to finish, making the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was very luxurious and tasty. I would like to return!

Big thanks to the staff again; they are more than friendly, professional and helpful! The building has history, but the room was spacious and well equipped with a kettle and room‑temperature water, which is better than bottled water. The meals were all impressive indeed—large portions and surprisingly good!

The staff were so nice and helpful! Breakfast had a nice variety and was really delicious. The rooms are huge, and the open‑air bath is superb. A bigger smart TV and a slightly luxurious sofa are missing, but overall we had a very wonderful birthday stay!
