Everything was perfect.
The room was a good size, but there was no staff.
The shared rooms were nice.
“Horrible Check-in Experience”
The room was clean and cozy, the kitchen area was well‑furnished, and the spot was convenient—about a ten‑minute walk to the centre. The check‑in was awful: I arrived, nobody was around, I shouted “hello” several times with no reply, and the phone number they gave me was useless because I had no service in Romania. WhatsApp didn’t work either. After roughly thirty minutes a neighbour called for me, and they told me I was in Room #1 and that it was open, but I had no idea that was the case because I never received any messages or signs. Customer service clearly needs improvement, and the Wi‑Fi was terrible, constantly cutting out and practically unusable.
“Alles prima, gerne wieder”
I stayed in a modern room, and the breakfast area was bright, stylish, and well‑designed; the host was very friendly, the garden offered good seating spots, and overall the location was very peaceful. The Wi‑Fi was occasionally spotty, but that didn’t bother us.
