“Below average”
The location is convenient to the airport. I arrived late and still had to pay through a different platform even though I had entered my credit card on booking. The price was 92 US on booking, but I was charged 115 US. There was no WiFi, no dryer, and no soap.

The proximity to the airport and the view of the green are positives. The ventilation in the bathroom is impossibly loud, cannot be turned off when light is on, and wakes everyone up; the refrigerator is also loud. The reception is almost non‑existent, and communication with the hotel is only via WhatsApp. There is no normal credit‑card payment, but a redirect to PayPal. The room is on the same level as the underground garage, and according to the restaurant, it is dusty and open to a very noisy street. The food is very mediocre. It’s a shame about the good meat.

The one‑room apartment was lovely and comfortable, well kept, in a good spot with amazing views. The bathroom looked nice and the hot shower was powerful and wonderful. The common areas—terrace, lobby, restaurant, gym, and wet area—were all pleasant. Though it’s meant as a stopover, it could easily serve as a base for several days to explore eastern Antioquia. Initially, communication was a bit hard and I had some questions, but we sorted them out and the host was friendly and diligent.
