The place was spotless and the beds were comfy, giving me a sense of safety in the area; the staff were warm and went out of their way to help everyone. The only downside was the freeway noise, but that's unavoidable when you’re that close.

Because I’m lactose intolerant, I didn’t eat at the hotel and nobody informed me about any ingredients. When I arrived, the staff told me I had no reservation, but they eventually accommodated me.
