We had a very pleasant stay in this beautifully renovated traditional hotel. The rooms are modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean, while the hotel still retains its traditional character. Martin, the host, deserves a special mention – exceptionally welcoming, attentive and helpful, with a genuine interest in his guests that is rare to find. He also kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost, which was a generous and much-appreciated gesture. Breakfast was fairly basic, while dinner was very good. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. We missed having a kettle with tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. The common areas also felt a little dated compared with the nice rooms

A fantastic room! The host was very friendly and always had a quick joke ready. The dinner was very tasty.
