The staff were pleasant and very helpful, the environment was very beautiful and calm. The staff organized everything so we could have a motorbike; riding the motorbike around the island lets you see beautiful sights, very convenient. The hotel itself transferred us to another hotel. Everything was very simple and convenient.

The resort is located in a very quiet and peaceful part of the island. If you want an escape from the big city, this is the place to go.

The place exudes genuine serenity, especially at sunset, with a lovely infinity pool overlooking a river fed by tidal flow; the architecture is well thought out, the room is spacious with a huge wardrobe and large bathroom, and the terrace attached to the room offers shade, a wooden table, and chairs. All the hotel photos match reality, making it a very pleasant experience away from the noise and bustle of some overly touristy spots. The staff were always smiling and exemplary in taking care of us—thank you. However, many details detract from the overall impression: the door doesn’t close, the bathroom window doesn’t close either, the ceiling fans are defective, the air conditioning is a bit noisy, and there is a slight lack of cleanliness; these are unfortunate. Perhaps a temporary lack of management during the low season? There is no dining service in low season, and a vehicle is needed. Still, these are just details, not negligible, but they don’t stop one from enjoying a stay in this beautiful place that offers excellent value for money in low season. Despite my remarks that only require a small adjustment, I recommend this hotel, which is truly a haven of peace, conducive to a real moment of serenity.

We booked a room with a river view for two days and were totally exceeded by our expectations; the view was breathtaking, the service superb, the staff’s gigantic friendliness, and the food was so delicious it was perfect—we will definitely return. Everything was perfect.
