The spot was close to the Alpin Express and a 10‑minute walk from the bus terminal. The room was far bigger than I expected, and the balcony view was spectacular. Insulation was excellent; I worried about staying cold in the mountains at night, but it stayed warm. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but it was tasty and filling. The beds were rather hard, making it hard to sleep through the night. The receptionist was friendly but took a long time to print the Saas‑fee cards needed for local transport. The luggage room was available but completely open, no one checked access, and the reception was often empty. The room had no kettle—only upon request—and no mugs, tea, or coffee.

The spot was great, the value for money was solid, and everything was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean, but the equipment was a bit outdated and the floor drain left water on the shower floor because the shower wall wasn’t optimal.
