The location is great, the room is bright and there's a nice outdoor terrace, but the wooden floor makes the upstairs neighbors a bit noisy.

We always feel at home at Fam Los Netjes, just as we’re used to, and the welcome was friendly. Next time we’d like to book without breakfast because we’re not huge morning eaters.

“Wir kommen wieder!”

The little house by the sea sits 300 m from the dike, almost “first‑generation” right on the water. The room is wonderfully modern, thoughtfully designed with little guest comforts, and the bathroom has a great rain shower. It’s largely clean and we were satisfied. The balcony view isn’t the most beautiful, but the outdoor area with wooden lounge chairs is nice for evenings. The best part was the beds – so comfortable we slept soundly from the first night, which really matters! Breakfast isn’t offered on site, but the house partners with the hotel across the street for that. Free parking is available. The owner is friendly, relaxed, and attentive, often present. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The only issues were loud neighbours and the fridge humming a bit when cooling; we brought earplugs because we’re sensitive sleepers. Construction next door is very tight, but it didn’t bother us; once finished a hotel will be attached on the right. Still, we’ll return because the advantages are worth it.

Great location, superb room, tasty extras like coffee and biscuits. The shower water pressure was a bit weak.
