“Jedes Mal wieder ein Erlebnis in Potsdam”

The spot right next to Potsdam’s main train station and close to the boat docks for great Havel cruises is, in my opinion, spot on. I’ve stayed here multiple times, almost a “repeat offender.” So far I’ve always managed to snag a parking spot. I’m happy to use it again on my trips north as a stopover. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless, the beds are excellent, there’s air‑conditioning, and let’s not forget a superb breakfast with a perfect coffee selection that always impresses me. Everything fits my needs perfectly!

The reception staff were especially nice and competent. We moved into our rooms a bit earlier than the official check‑in time. The breakfast buffet was good and was always restocked.

Everything you need is there. There’s a weird smell in the bathroom, and I was unlucky with the room—noise from the train side is noticeably louder than from the street side, which is expected given the location right by the station.

Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast room is too small and the noise level is uncomfortably high.
