“Incantevole”

Wonderful stay! We sincerely thank Francesca for her hospitality and welcome. The breakfast she prepared was excellent, with homemade pastries and jams. Since we were about to go on a hiking trip, Francesca also offered us sandwiches for a picnic, a generous gesture we truly appreciated. In addition to impeccable hospitality, the B&B is located in a charming spot, surrounded by nature, quiet, and able to convey a rejuvenating peace. The terrace view is stunning: the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding landscape make the atmosphere even more special. A place that stays in the heart. Highly recommended.

The room was very tidy and the breakfast was fantastic. Franceska was a sweet, attentive lady.

Mrs. Franceska, an older lady, made sure we never missed a thing; breakfast was homemade and of the highest quality. The lake views were truly breathtaking, and the place is immersed in complete silence, far away from all traffic—truly a magical spot.

A paradise! Francesca welcomes you with kindness in her family home, renovated with her husband. You’re on a hill overlooking Lake San Ruffino, with a 360‑degree view. The kitchen is fully equipped, and in the morning Francesca prepares breakfast for you, even the eggs from her chickens if you wish. Amandola is 4 km away, and the bb is in a perfect spot if you want to visit the Sibillini—absolutely highly recommended! Nothing to complain about.

Great breakfast, lots of quiet, and a beautiful panorama. The room is small and the road to get there is very inconvenient.
