The price and breakfast were super for American standards. The windows cannot be opened, so the air feels stale despite the air conditioning.

“Cancellation process not clear”

There wasn’t enough information about the cancellation process. Communication could have been better.

“Ok but not what we are used to at least hotel.”

As usual, the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is always exceptionally lovely. LOVE Erika Messer!!! Great job on breakfast and wonderful conversation. Things are starting to feel a bit worn out. The lobby shades are a bit tattered and torn. The elevator worked less than 75 % of the time. The plumbing is getting very slow.
