The location was ideal for short trips to nearby towns yet secluded enough to feel like a real escape. I also liked the cottage layout, especially the upstairs bedroom that was warm and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and the abundance of birdlife was lovely. The cottage was close to the main house but far enough that you don’t notice people unless you need them. Unfortunately there was no Wi‑Fi or Optus reception on the property (the booklet said I could ask for Wi‑Fi access in emergencies). Those using Telstra had no issue.
