The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch hospitality, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit.
The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the surrounding area.
The hotel was clearly well-run and we had no issues whatsoever - it was a really smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
From secure parking and a central location, to a great breakfast and friendly staff, it offers fantastic value for money.

“Short and sweet”
Very neat and efficient. The restaurant offered a good selection of food, and the room was very spacious. I didn’t understand the idea of charging for parking in the basement.

The room was comfortable and offered a beautiful view of Table Mountain, and the breakfast was fantastic with the restaurant staff being truly excellent. Unfortunately the building was under construction, which created a lot of noise and inconvenience, the reception was hard to reach and the experience felt far from what the photos suggested, and while I was on the fourth floor the hotel went two whole days without an elevator and never offered an apology or explanation.

Everything is fine. I didn’t like the noise from the builders and the elevator that was out of order.

The staff was very friendly, the room comfortable and clean. Free coffee and tea on the room. Your bed is made up for the night. Overall a very good experience. Location is good. The hotel undergoes severe construction and the guest is not informed on the extent of this. Substantial construction is taking place from 7:30 am until 16:00 from Monday to Saturday. I feel the hotel should inform the guests in advance to make a decision on whether they will accept this or not

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and well‑trained, the location was great, breakfast was excellent, the restaurant was good, and overall it was a fantastic experience. It’s a favorite spot in Cape Town.
