It was a disaster in terms of hygiene, especially at the restaurant where the food was disgusting. The service was awful; my wife and I were on half board and there were no glasses for water, plates were cleared immediately after eating, and we were not satisfied at all 😶😶😶😶😶😶😶.

We booked from France via the website, paid online, and upon arrival we had to pay a few euros in tax to complete our one‑night reservation. Everything went fine. Later we stayed two nights at the same hotel, but after paying once on the site, the front‑desk man named Hamza made us pay again and did not even give us an invoice—unacceptable.
