“Avoid at all cost.”

No breakfast was offered, which felt like a waste of money, and I found the door closed. I waited half an hour for someone to answer, only to be told there was no reservation in my name without even checking. It was a nightmare. The linen was dirty, possibly with excreta from previous guests, the floor and bathroom were filthy, and there was no breakfast.

Nothing.They literally stranded me at 3AM at night after repeatedly informing them of my arrival time. The staff came out after knocking on the door amd claimed all rooms were full although I had a valid booking.They also forced me to pay online before coming to get an extra discount which I felt was a scam.I literally had to roam around Prayagraj and pay triple to get another room at that short notice.
