DONT TRUST. arrived after recieving conformation of booking 3 months in advance. was another guy in the roon. rang manager then had to go around to owners house. he didnt care and basiclynleft us stranded with nothing. bad services and have since heard has happened to others wouth not trust that a booking is ever real

I showed up to find the room I’d booked already occupied. I called the representative, who said a long‑term tenant had been booked and my reservation was supposedly cancelled and refunded. I never got a cancellation notice or refund—just an email a day or two after booking offering free cancellation—yet I still had to pay for a room in a city with no other options that night.

We never actually stayed there; the room we booked simply doesn't exist—can you believe it? They keep trying to sell it on their website, which is unbelievable! Now we’re just waiting to see if we’ll get a refund—good luck with that, that’s the only comment we have.
