I tried to book this place but they had some pretty weird requirements - you had to pay a $50 cash deposit and prepay online, which wasn't mentioned anywhere on the listing. To make matters worse, I was still charged a $5 non-refundable service fee and an additional $45.96, even though I didn't get any services at all.

I had a pretty frustrating experience trying to check in - the staff member couldn't find my reservation at first, then claimed I booked it with someone else and needed to pay at their office. But my booking was supposed to allow payment at the property, and they even said no money was taken there. Luckily, I was able to cancel over the phone without any issues.

This place is a total disaster - it's in a bad state of disrepair, there's no front office or staff to be found, and the housekeeper I met was completely unhelpful. She even suggested I cancel my stay, which I was already planning to do. The property's phone number went to a call center in New York, and I couldn't even get through after multiple attempts. Traveling with kids, I wouldn't dare stay here - it's just too sketchy.
