The balcony overlooking the pool offered a nice view, yet there were no laundry facilities, the restaurant felt outdated, and the staff behaved unprofessionally; the hostess was eating dinner with her boyfriend, seemed annoyed when we arrived, and once we found our seat we felt so uncomfortable that we left to eat elsewhere.

The room was comfortable with a good desk for working, but the ground‑floor room was dark, overlooked a walkway and a wall, the restaurant was soul‑less, there was no bar, and there were no nearby local spots to walk to, so we drove for meals and entertainment.

The stay was amazing, Iris was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was perfect, and the hotel staff in the morning were also very friendly; nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.
