The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The spot is smack in the middle of the tourist hub, which is convenient one way, but annoying another as vendors keep pestering you as a tourist. Overall, the staff was amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. The room was perfect for what I needed and went beyond my expectations.

Everything! A lively location, staff that were friendly and helpful, clean and comfy… The team, led brilliantly by Deepika, did everything they could for us. We were there for a family wedding and their coordination made it all possible. It wasn’t long enough. There is so much to do and not enough time!

The staff were amazing. The roof terrace was great. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows comfortable.

If someone wants to explore Thamel ( like I wanted to), this hotel is at great location. The food menu can be improved. Also the bathrooms can be upgraded. Thank you
