The hotel is beautifully renovated with stylish rooms in lovely colors, a balcony, window screens, a comfortable bed, and nice linens. The visit to the Solebad and the sauna at Hotel Eden were included. The mindfulness garden and the swing chair at Hotel Eden were fantastic.

The architecture, friendliness, cleanliness, top location, and wellness offerings are all excellent. The only complaint: the coffee machine is missing in the Junior Suite.

Breakfast and location are top! Very clean. For a Swiss Leading Hotel, this was a big disappointment. During the stay, events took place on two consecutive days. A wedding ran until the early morning hours and severely disrupted our sleep. We were not informed about this at check‑in. Even worse was the handling of the complaint: arrogant attitude, many excuses, no real apology. The manager also responded irritated. A possible discount was mentioned – but nothing has happened so far. Because of the events, the restaurant and garden were partially unusable in the late afternoon or evening. The restaurant staff also spoke very little English. For a Swiss Leading Hotel, the lack of transparency, guest handling, and customer orientation are simply disappointing.

Everything was great, the proximity to the Rhine is awesome, and it was super relaxed with our dog.
