The location was great, but the room missed a lot of basic requirements needed for a stay in Turin.

The location, the charm of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the size of the bed were all good. Emma had a cold drink in the fridge, a Coke, and some cakes. We had hot‑water problems that Emma fixed on the first day, but on the second day there was no hot water for us to shower and nothing could be repaired. The mobile air‑conditioner made a terrible noise, and we had to use it because it was very hot in the apartment. The coffee machine leaked. The plumbing needs cleaning because the bathroom sink was clogged and I had to use a plunger with my hand.

“Torino sempre bella”

The central city location was very convenient and the staff were courteous. Unfortunately, the mattress wasn’t restful for us; it was thin and a memory‑foam that collapsed. Another flaw was the “vintage” windows that let in all the street noise, even just voices. Breakfast was served on a terrace of a nearby building where medium‑sized dogs were present.

The location was fine. The bathroom shower water didn’t drain, the toilet seat was loose, and the bathroom was very small and old‑fashioned.

“Ok sans plus”

The location was right in the center. No contact at all. The pedestrian area (problem with luggage). Very strange two rooms in an apartment with strangers.
