The experience was generally great, thanks to the staff’s hospitality and their efforts to provide comfort for guests. The only drawback was the way the parking was managed.

I rated it 10.0/10 because the hotel’s cleanliness is unbeatable and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very attentive and helpful—thanks a lot.

I gave it a 10.0/10. The staff were extremely kind before and during my stay, and their responsiveness let me arrive in Algiers calmly because they arranged a free shuttle to the airport, and the same for the return. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The hotel restaurant was fantastic: the portions were generous and tasty, and the servers were very attentive. I especially thank Salim and Mohammed. If I ever go back to Algiers, I’ll stay here again. Thanks to the whole team!
