From the reception to the accommodation, everything was perfect, but I wish the reservation had clarified whether the sea‑front apartment had a balcony; the first time I stayed they gave me a balcony, so I requested a sea‑front room with a balcony this time, yet my apartment had none, leaving me somewhat disappointed.
