“No son responsables con lo que dicen”
I was happy that the hotel was close to everything, but when we checked in we had to leave $100 as a deposit and they promised to return it after we left, which never happened. I wrote to them but received no reply.
“La señora de la recepción pésimo trato al cliente”
The facilities were clean and the area seemed normal for the price, though I didn't feel very safe. The reception lady was a harsh, impatient woman who treated me with terrible indifference right from the start; I don't know if she was the owner, but her awful attitude toward guests was shocking.
“I didn’t get my deposit as yet tho”
