The location was great, but the breakfast and the room were disappointing.
The staff were very friendly, and it was nice that parking was available near the hotel. The pool was cool and the location was well placed in Monção. The air conditioning leaked, there was water on the floor, and it wasn’t very clean (shower, hair in the bed).
The spot is great and the rooms stay spotless, but the breakfast options are thin and the pool area looks a bit neglected.

The location was fine, but the breakfast was scanty and the juice was awful, with colored water. The room had only one hanger, a damp wardrobe, and the tile joints in the bathroom—both wall and floor—needed cleaning or remodeling. We stayed here a few years ago and it doesn't feel the same; it really needs a renovation.
