The area was good, we didn’t order breakfast, the coffee was tasty. The air‑conditioner wasn’t clean, the shower head was loose, the outlet sparked (there were two of those in the building), and the equipment like the hair dryer barely worked.

Even though we arrived at 3 a.m., someone was there to greet us, the AC was on and the rooms were clean, and having a parking spot was a bonus. The rooms lacked a fridge.

It looked a little tidy, but the place is ancient. The host was friendly. The room and bathroom were the smallest we’ve ever stayed in; the toilet was so cramped you couldn’t use it properly. The balcony was shared with another room, which wasn’t mentioned. The shower was unusable because the water was rusty, smelled awful, and left skin very dry; the shower head and its holder were broken, so we could shower for less than 5 minutes before water splashed everywhere. There was no ventilation, so the room got humid after a shower due to holes between the bathroom and the room. The room was built from half of a former balcony, had no soundproofing, and the accommodation wasn’t designed for renting rooms, making it cramped and uncomfortable. Instead of a double bed, we slept on two old sofas placed side by side. The parking holds five cars and is very narrow and hard to maneuver. The host doesn’t speak English. A shared kitchen with a fridge was promised but never shown. There was no shower gel or hair dryer. The location is far from the centre, and paying 70 € for this feels like a robbery; it shouldn’t cost more than 30 €.
