Sure Hotel by Best Western Biarritz Aeroport

“Hôtel très bien situé arrivant tard le soir à l’aéroport”

The proximity to the airport and the warm welcome were great, but there were sewer smells.

“Rather disappointed as not what we expected.”

The staff were really helpful and the food tasted good, but the room felt cramped and there were no proper cups or a machine to make a hot drink in the room.

“closeto the airport - you can easily walk there!”

I liked how close the hotel is to the airport—you can walk there in no time, but it was noisy and I even found a cockroach in the room.

The location was super convenient for the airport and the desk staff were friendly, though the air conditioning seemed off, it wasn’t too warm so it wasn’t a big issue.

“Could be good if food were available.”

The room was well equipped and comfortable with excellent washing and bathing facilities, yet the restaurant was closed and only open Monday to Thursday except for breakfast, which felt pointless; the staff were indifferent, which was pathetic.
