The location in the historic centre is fantastic, the restaurant is good, prices are low, and the staff are highly qualified, friendly, and helpful—excellent value for money. For me, it’s the best hotel in town. The only downside was a thumbs‑up emoji that felt out of place.

The service was terrible and the staff were clueless. I booked online for about 6‑7 nights, but when I arrived around 10 pm after a 2‑3 hour flight, I learned that they had no rooms available. I asked when they’d known about the issue, and the lady said they’d known since 8‑9 am. I never received any text or email all day to warn me. The place is awful and I won’t recommend it.
