“Highly recommended for everyone except light sleepers who need absolute quiet.”

The host was exceptionally kind, friendly yet highly professional. They warmly welcomed our late‑night arrival and were very attentive to our breakfast preferences. The central location is extremely convenient for sightseeing and nightlife, but the downstairs bar stays busy until late, and noise can be heard until around 2 a.m.

The location was perfect, with plenty of space across four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom—great for big groups or families. The beds were comfy, water pressure was solid, the place was immaculate, and the décor was charming; it felt like you were really in Palermo. Host Giovanni was flawless, with excellent communication and even kindly supplied breakfast items and drinks in the fridge. The rooms were rented as B&B or a whole unit. We were a group of five and loved having the entire apartment and terrace to ourselves. Mille grazie Giovanni, it was an absolute treat and we’ll return as soon as we can!

“Top appartement”

We were warmly received by Giovanni, who maintained a pleasant WhatsApp contact to ensure everything was to our liking. We were allowed to leave our luggage early in the apartment to head straight to Palermo. There were even some groceries ready for breakfast. No negative experiences.
