“Krásný hotel na kraji města, příjemný a velice ochotný petsonál.”
The place was clean and the staff were helpful, but the internet in the room was a bit weak.
The staff were friendly and organized, the hotel was tidy and the facilities were well maintained, yet we were disappointed that we couldn’t book couples’ activities like joint massages or hammam sessions.
“Hotel muy señorial y agradable”
We arrived at 19h and the thermal pool was closed, but they kindly opened it for us and we soaked for almost an hour; after a hot day that was much appreciated. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and the air‑conditioning made for a good night’s sleep. The room Wi‑Fi was weak, there was no fridge, and breakfast was a bit thin and sparse.
