I booked a DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM WITH BALCONY but ended up with a small single‑bed room; when I raised the issue, the staff simply said it was the room’s layout and even pointed to a tiny window as the balcony, claiming that was how the hotel arranged it. They refused to apologise, accept the mistake, or refund the difference. I tried again at checkout, and the front desk finally admitted the error, apologized, and promised to speak with the manager, but no further follow‑up came.

The rooms were spacious, but the air‑conditioning kept failing, making the stay uncomfortable.
