“Piękne miejsce do wypoczynku ale nad komunikacją trzeba popracować.”
I loved the beautiful lake and the tasty food, but I was annoyed that the hotel never told me my reservation was for a tennis session and the courts were unavailable, and a scheduled massage was cancelled just five minutes before it was due with no alternative offered, which highlighted very poor communication with guests.

Breakfast is delicious, there’s something good for everyone, and the pool and saunas are very cozy.

The location is excellent, the service is outstanding, breakfast and restaurant dishes are tasty, and the whole hotel is beautiful. There was nothing missing.

The location and the garden are great. Some of the farther rooms lack coverage and internet.
