The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by greenery and hills, and the spa is stunning, made entirely of stone.
The staff here were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and welcoming.

The place. The rooms were too small; we were promised that the sofa bed would be fixed when we returned in the evening, but nothing had been arranged. The minibar was empty.

The place is quiet and surrounded by greenery, and the spa has a big pool. The massage was performed by skilled hands and is one of the best I’ve had so far. The breakfast isn’t a buffet; you have to tell them what time you’ll eat, which is annoying when you’re on holiday and just want to choose food based on how you feel in the morning. The room had stains on the walls, dirty curtains, marks on the headboard and pillows, a tiny shower with major execution errors, a clogged sink, a drain that leaked, and a “desk” that was actually just a tray with a high edge that blocks you from using a PC or even writing.

The spa is nice, the restaurant is great, and the service is very good. The problem was that there were too many families with young kids making noise, even in the gourmet restaurant.
