The spot was close to the U‑bahn, good link to the centre. The room for two people was too small, the bed was against the wall and we had to crawl in from one side. The curtain was jammed against the wall, so the window stayed covered. Only one nightstand was there. We booked a double room, but the picture online showed a bigger room than what we got, so we probably didn’t get the room we booked. Switching rooms wasn’t possible because they said it was sold out. The staff suggested moving the bed away from the wall, but that would have left us with no nightstand at all. The toilet wasn’t clean. The dresser was broken and wouldn’t open properly. We pointed it out but no response. We told them that this wasn’t the room we had booked and it looked completely different, but they ignored us. We had to wipe the tiny wardrobe for two people with wet wipes, and the wipe was dirty afterwards. Cleaning was clearly lacking: two days went by without a clean, the trash cans weren’t emptied, and there were no fresh towels. We complained, and a man said he had forgotten to clean, even though we had hung the sign asking for cleaning. He didn’t take us seriously. Breakfast was very, very, very small; the second day it was even less, and on the third day the jam was gone. Only one sausage and a cheese were offered, all arranged in a very indifferent way. The staff seemed more interested in watching TV on their phones than attending to guests. At check‑out there was no friendly goodbye.

The staff, the restaurant and the location were all excellent. Everything was just perfect.

“Perfecto calidad-precio”

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, and the bed was very cozy – definitely recommendable. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied.
