The staff tried to compensate for the overall quality, even offering a complimentary coffee in the morning. However, we booked a double bed but received a single. The night shift swapped rooms and we ended up in a stinky, gutter‑smelling room. The next day they gave us another room, but the bed was smaller, the shower was almost unusable because the tiny sink was only 30 cm from the shower glass, and the showerhead was positioned too high even for tall people, spraying water far over the head and curtain. There was crusted dirt on the bathroom radiator, and the towels and bed linens looked like they had seen better days for almost five years.
