They welcomed us warmly, the room was clean, the bed and towels were comfortable, and the shower gel was nice. The taxi back after the wedding up the road cost a lot, but that was not the hotel’s fault—taxis in the area are expensive even before midnight and for a ten‑minute ride.

The spot was lovely and quiet, the room was just the right size for the two of us and our dog for a weekend break. The private bathroom with a shower had everything we needed. Keith was amazing—he brought us firewood and charcoal so we could have a BBQ and fire, and the village pub a short walk away served delicious food.

I was greeted by Keith, the owner, who gave me a lot of useful info right away. The spot is in a great area—quiet, comfy, and the shower was super strong. The cabin itself was roomy, spotless, and a real place to unwind. I’d definitely book again.
