“על הפנים”
The staff were very helpful and the location is convenient, yet the shower feels claustrophobic because it’s so cramped, the room looks like it was designed in the 80s with poor maintenance, and I had a huge mess in the room right after they supposedly cleaned it. The staff tried to assist but there are no decent rooms in the hotel and everything looks like the photos. In the shower you can’t put a bag unless you close the toilet and put it on top, which still gets wet because the shower is almost above it. The nice pictures only show the exterior; I assumed the rest of the hotel looked the same and was disappointed. On top of that the rooms are tiny, the beds are very uncomfortable (I stayed in two rooms with the same issue), and there’s no elevator. Overall it feels more like a hostel with a pool than a hotel.
