“The stay was luxurious, the hotel and pool area were not overcrowded.”
The hotel was built in 1978 but has been renovated and looks amazing; the rooms are great and the AC keeps a steady temperature; the spa offers various treatments and the pools are very enjoyable; the water park has many options for different ages and comforts; breakfast and dinner are buffet‑style with plenty of food choices. The spa area is small and a bit cramped, and there is no late check‑out so you can't use the pools a bit longer on your last day.

The spot is superb and the team is delightful; breakfast served by a pleasant street‑facing window was varied and enjoyable, and the service was wonderful. The only drawback was that the double room was extremely small.
Everything was within good limits. The mattresses are a disaster… the bed is awful… what a mess. I arrived on a Sunday night, which should have meant the bed would be perfect. I remembered everything poorly.

I liked the size and modern feel of the room, the variety and size of the swimming pools, and the quality of the spa. However, the staff were not very friendly and spoke little English; strangely, we were not allowed to stay in the pools for a few hours after checkout for free and were asked to pay 3000 RSD per person, which you wouldn't expect from a 5‑star hotel.
