“Perfect and comfortable”
The welcomeness and installation
I loved the personal touch and the location was perfect; the room was cleaned every morning. However, the old-fashioned curtains on a poorly fixed rod didn’t provide real privacy, especially when getting dressed. We had no place to hang our damp towel or jacket, and there was no lock to secure our belongings during the stay. The bathroom and toilet were tiny for 20 people (two rooms of 10) and offered no spot to store makeup or clothes. There was no hand soap or shampoo.

The location was excellent! The rooftop pool and the cozy roof terrace bar were delightful. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was plenty of evening entertainment for those who wanted it. Breakfast was good for just 8€ extra.

We stayed at the sister hotel and had a fantastic time. The Lisbon hotel was great, and Sara was very helpful while everyone made us feel welcome. The rooms and beds were super clean, the vibe was nice, and the breakfast staff were smiling. Everything turned out perfect, especially since we had to move.
