The front desk was friendly and they offered free laundry as an apology, yet on Night 1 a party went on until 5 am right outside my window on Monday, and I was woken at 7 am the next morning as it kept going; on Night 3 I had to borrow a ladder from the neighboring building to climb onto the balcony and enter the room because the key I received opened a different door, and the A/C and WiFi only worked about half the time.
