“Angenehmer Aufenthalt”
The room had battery charging boxes. At night there were noises from the neighboring building.

The room included a separate shower, which was very practical.
The location is great, quiet yet central. I’m not sure why I’m paying twice as much for a similar room elsewhere; is it still high season?

The price‑performance ratio didn’t match up.

I want to especially thank the lady from the breakfast service; she was very friendly, kind, helpful, and made a real effort to assist guests. Thank you for that! Thomas at the reception was also friendly and overall fine. Such staff make the stay more pleasant. In total, two smiling employees :D However, I cannot recommend this place at all. What disappointed us most was how the staff treated guests and how their statements kept changing. At first we were told that rooms were cleaned every two days; later a receptionist told us it was every three days. Then we were suddenly informed that during a seven‑day stay we would only get one cleaning. We decided to skip cleaning entirely. There were also initial problems with fresh towels: housekeeping wouldn’t give us new ones until we complained at reception, after which we received fresh towels daily. The checkout situation was especially disheartening. My grandparents are over 90, so I wanted to leave the car parked right outside the hotel to make it easier for them. The reception staff told me that was not allowed and even illegal, so I moved the car elsewhere. Interestingly, another vehicle later parked in the same spot, and the staff didn’t mention it to the driver. This felt like a very uneven treatment of guests. In short, this is not a place where hospitality and service are priorities. We felt it was more like a bare‑bones accommodation where staff try to avoid interaction. I would not recommend it for a pleasant vacation.
