“Muito boa, aconchegante, cidade tranquila”
Staff were super friendly, the lodge was spotless, the outdoor area was gorgeous – you won't regret coming. Breakfast simple but tasty, wood‑fire food also delicious. Loved everything, will definitely come back.
Booked a superior suite, but when I got there they said it was occupied and gave me a lower room. I left immediately. Service was awful, no one handled my reservation right. I didn't stay, and the room they offered was terrible.
The vibe, location, flexible checkout, and service were all top notch – felt really well taken care of. Breakfast, though, wasn't that great.
