The parking lot was convenient, and the room faced the mountains, making it very quiet; breakfast was decent. The shower area was half‑enclosed, causing water to splash out, and the floor had serious standing water; the sink had only a basic basin with no counter, so nothing could be placed there. The town of Diliyan is 5 km away, requiring a car or taxi.

We stayed for two nights and really liked it. The rooms were spotless and everything looked tidy. Breakfast was tasty, with a good variety, making for a great start to the day. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was friendly and genuinely helpful whenever we needed something, which made us feel very welcome. All in all, a great experience. We’d definitely recommend it and would gladly return! 🤍

The service was excellent and the staff were responsive; having three pools (two open and one closed) was a big plus, the wellness room with jacuzzi and sauna was great, and there were options to play table tennis and billiards; breakfasts were beautiful, tasty, and varied, and the view from the terrace and the restaurant was stunning; the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was liked! 😊
