Everything was clean, modern, and functional. The location is very convenient for both the stadium and the city center. I liked the shared kitchen stocked with snacks, coffee, and the like. The check‑in instructions were very useful and clear. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable in my opinion; a topper and two different pillows could let guests choose. I didn’t sleep well at night because of street noise.

The place is clean and comfortable, fully equipped with all services. The bed is comfortable and the room is nice. It has a well‑furnished kitchen and the host is friendly and helpful. Finding parking was difficult.

I stayed here for a concert at Stadio San Filippo, and the location was excellent, just a stone’s throw from the shuttle pick‑up point. The owner was super friendly and helpful, even sending us all the directions we needed to navigate the evening.

The pillows are extremely tall and only one per person, the sheets are hard, and the air conditioner blows air over the bed.
