Parking in a garage just 1 minute away, and the metro line A station is 2 minutes away. The initial welcome felt a bit impersonal, and the WhatsApp messages were a bit off.

The location is really ideal, right between the Valle Aurelia and Baldo degli Ubaldi metro stops. The area is excellent: quiet, not too busy, and full of bars, pizzerias, and grocery shops. The room is modern, very clean, and the host was very kind and always ready to answer questions. Overall, a very positive stay and a perfect base for exploring the city. For future improvement, I’d add bedside tables next to the bed for more convenience, and a small maintenance fix on the bathroom sink would help. Aside from those details, the stay went very well and I would definitely recommend it.

The location is strategically close to the metro, just as I read in other reviews. With the property you only have one phone contact, but the other side of the line was absolutely kind and fully available. Highly recommended 😊
