The distance to Kielce and the parking were good, but the hotel itself was below the standard expected for its star rating and price.

The location was a real plus for me, the room was clean, breakfast was decent though pretty average. The restaurant felt like a cafeteria, the espresso coffee was bland, tasteless, watery, and lacked aroma.

“Nie warto”

I booked a double room but was handed a single that didn’t match the photos on the site; it stank, had scratched walls, was cramped for two people, and only had one nightstand, one night table, one chair, even one towel and a single‑bed duvet for two. The front desk lady claimed it was a room with a double bed, but it was clear they just shoved an extra bed in. Two glasses were set up but there was no water. The hotel was noisy because of all the parties, and the staff ran from one event to another, leaving no time to attend to guests. The rooms weren’t sound‑proofed, so you could hear everything happening on the corridor and in adjacent rooms. Breakfast was fine but limited. For half the price you could find a much nicer guesthouse nearby. I don’t recommend it.
