The hotel feels very welcoming and warm, and the facilities are great, thanks to Jose and his team. The location is fantastic, very close to Pamplona and convenient for exploring the Baztan valley. The room is spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. Breakfast is very varied and complete; although it has to be paid separately, it’s worth it. The lighting in the room could be improved with a central light point.

The hotel sits at the edge of the road, has been refurbished, and features a somewhat colorful, original retro décor. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The service is very friendly. The kitchen uses home‑grown vegetables and eggs. The hotel bar only serves small plates; the menu is limited but the quality is excellent. There are too many small bowls in the room, and curtains hang over the bathtub.

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The location is right next to the highway, but there is a garden at the back and a pleasant terrace for breakfast.
